Consider taking a series of new cinemagraphs with multiple people in them and have larger mirrors in them. Loo at the work of Joan Jonas and her multiple mirror portraits. You could potentially have different locations around London that have reflections in them that are somehow linked this could be the people in the reflection or potentially the activity that is taking place. What ever you decided to do you need to have bigger mirrors that enable the viewer to see more of a reflection
Other option is to take images of people in a natural setting and then in the reflections are busy urban moments location and then vise versa in the city calm country scenes.
You need to look at the recording quality on your camera and the ISO dont have it too high as this makes you images look pixelated
